The new Apartment Buildings called "Wittington Commons" at 1425 & 1427 W Allen do not have dumpsters for trash, nor do they have fire extinquishers. Complaintant has been there over a month. She has contacted manager, Dave Miller repeatedly. They have no fire extinquishers, or drop plates under stove burners, but did not give her name, or apartment number.
EXACT ADDRESS MAY BE DIFFERENT FROM ADDRESS ENTERED. SAV-A-LOT TRLR PARK THE WEEDS ARE A FOOT HIGH AND ONE TRLR IS LEFT WITH DOOR OPEN AND CONCERNED ABOUT THAT AS WELL. HAS ALSO SEEN RATS.
Dumpster across the street from this address at Illinois & Lindberg has trash scattered around it all the time. Dumpster belongs to Housing Authority. See letter for add'l info.

This was a complaint taken by PW Dept. The trash at the corner of Hillside Drive & Washington Street is piling up and becoming an "eye sore".
Grass has not been cut. This is the dead end of sixth just past Ritter.
