The neighbor has been mowing the front lawn for the elderly man @ the above address. However, the back yard is full of trash and the grass is very high. The front yard is now full of trash too.
The dumpster @ the above address is now over-flowing. It is always full and the lid is never closed if there is one at all.
There is a pile of grass trimmings that have been in the back lot of the above address since aug 98.
Mattress and trash has not been disposed of, and neighbor has seen ratts running around. Ms. Oswalt will contact the Health Dept. re the ratts (Vector Control Ordinance).

The kudzu is originating in the neighbors yard. The burgs are taking care of it in their yard but someone needs to contact the neighbors. Call Mrs. Burg to get specific directions.

Lots of junk (furniture, deflated pool, etc.) in yard.
Fireworks debris all over the yard and in the street.
