Mrs Kumar came in 08/30/16 and said she has spoken with HAND and PW about the overgrowth in the ditch in front of her house and they sent her to Utilities. I told her I would look at it.
Yard needs mowed, getting really high.

Pine branches broken from 1711 E Winslow. They have fallen into 1719's yard and are to big for her to pick up.
Yard overgrowth of weeds, etc.
Leaves trash can out all the time. Person has made another pile of brush & limbs after Street Dept. was there last week to pick up debris.
Lot behind her has weeds & grass taller than a person. Mosquitos are thick and as a result, she is unable to even be in her backyard. Also, there are skunks and other animals living in the brush.
Bamboo
A large patch of bamboo was noticed along the N property line of this parcel.
