The house is looking like trash. There are neon signs in the windows and a hudge BIG BOY sign nailed to the top of the house. Wood has been nailed up for beer cans.

There is a dumpster in the 400 Block of E. 8th Street. The dumpster sets on Harold Street near the intersection of Alice. The dumpster has not been emptied in several weeks and is overflowing with bags of trash.
They don't put out their trash out. They have 4 people living there. There should only be 2.
The vacant house across from 2417 South Rogers has high weeds, the roof is falling in, and there are rats living there.
Unlicensed and wrecked vehicle in the back along with a lot of other junk and trash.
Residents tear trash stickers in half and stick on the trash. Sanitation doesn't pick up their trash, so there sits 4 cans and 3 bags of trash.
Tall grass.
City owned grass not mowed for 30+ feet coming off S. Henderson St. onto Graham Dr. on the left side of Graham Dr.
Large bushes obstructing the sidewalk on the North side of E. 2nd St. by Harmony School; at the east end.
Large bushes completely obstructing the sidewalk on S. Ballantine Road between 2nd St. and E. Hunter; on the West side.
