tall grass. there is also a dead tree that the person living at 2101 s. rogers belives is owned by shaw rentals. she says this tree is going to fall on her house. if it is found that this is on shaws' property, she will sign the complaint.
Weeds not cut from the carport back to the property line. Also a very large tree on the property is dead and Ms Burnett is afraid it will fall on her house.
This tenants lawn has grass that is over a foot tall.

Residents living at 202 E. Dodds leave their trash cans on the sidewalk every day. Some trash has spilled over onto the sidewalk. Caller stated that 7 rats have been killed within a 2 day period.
There is trash everywhere around the trashcans and on the sidewalk. It is the same way at the house beside 202 east Dodds.
Trash, garbage, refuse is scattered around outside the rental property in full view. Weeds and grass are tall and unsightly.
