Received fax: "There has been a Rumpke garbage can overturned in the alley between my home and 611 N. Washington for 3 days; a bottle has broken and the broken glass is in the alley. The residents have made no efforts to clean this up."
There is a Kudzu vine growing the north and west property line. It is already killing other vegetation and has grown onto two other properties.

Ms. Rayle stated that she and other neighbors in her area have been calling the city all summer to come mow both empty lots near her home on N. Monroe St. She said that the growth is terribly out of hand, and that something needs it needs to be cut down. She is frustrated because she has to go through this every summer, and feels she shouldn't have to!

Alleys between Henderson & Fess, just north of 1st st. Apparently both the E/W & N/S alleys. Citizen says these alleys have tree limbs & hedges overhanging and brushing into cars as they go through.
