Alleys between Henderson & Fess, just north of 1st st. Apparently both the E/W & N/S alleys. Citizen says these alleys have tree limbs & hedges overhanging and brushing into cars as they go through.

Weeds overgrown and on sidewalk
Weeds and brush growing out into the street.
Starting to the west of this address are several lots with weeds, trash, brush, and dead limbs.

Back yard has not been mowed for 4 years -- only mows the tree plot. She says the yard is full of rodents She calls every year.

THERE ARE TREES IN THE ALLEY BEHIND THIS LOT THAT NEED CUT BACK. THEY ARE SCRATCHING THE SIDE OF HIS TRUCK WHEN HE DRIVES TO HIS GARAGE. THERE ARE ALSO WEEDS AND GRASS THAT ARE VERY TALL IN THIS LOT. THE LOT IS LOCATED BETWEEN SUMMIT, 11TH , MONROE, & COTTAGE GROVE ACCORDING TO THE COMPLAINTANT IT IS SURROUNDED BY STREETS.
