home at corner of Woodlawn & 2nd is completely overgrown; house is completely obscured by vines, trees, weeds, yard has not been mowed in front or along 2nd -- is this home abandoned? homeowner is not completing basic maintenance

Ragweed at the SE corner of walnut and 1st is 3 feet tall.
Resident states that the grass on the SE corner of Woodscrest & 2nd Street is too high and needs to be cut.
Rec'd a call from Candy of Parker Mgmt to say the alley behind 601 N Walnut is overgrown. The limbs and shrubs are scratching their cars when they drive thru.
Extremely overgrown weeds at the North East corner of 10th and Summit, directly across 601 N. Summit.
Citizen stated that in the 600 block of N. Smith Road in what use to be the old Ken-Lawn Garder Center that the grass has not been moved this season and the grass is high.
The weeds are so high at the SW corner of Morton & 11th St. that it is causing problems for traffic.
