Trash piling up in the alley at 608 S. Washington. One of the bags has a rotting deer carcass in it with hoofs sticking out of the bag. Complainant reports that the trash has been piled to the gutters before.
Limbs need picked up. Limbs are not in alley they are on private property. Address may not be correct.

Neighbor has put in a dumpster in his drive way. Caller feels that area residents will abuse the dumpster and the area will become a mess. Inspector please call complaintant with results.
