RATS ON THIS PROPERTY ARE WITHIN 100 FEET OF FAIRVIEW SCHOOL. COMPLAINTANT SAID THERE ARE 15 - 20 BAGS OF TRASH THAT HAVE BEEN THERE SINCE JUNE. RENTAL PROPERTY OWNED BY KUNCHOK NORBU.
