#16842111 is the last case number for the same problem. The creek behind our house is once again dirty. This has been checked before and happens intermittently and I try to report it when I see it. Apparently, someone upstream is doing something they shouldn't be doing.

cannot see address but located around 210 s. Hillsdale. They dumped a year ago truckloads of dirt in the front and have done nothing with it the yard is often overgrown. This looks bad for the neighborhood and is obvious not being cared for. Can nothing be done to make them restore this to a house that fits into the neighborhood. I am sure you cannot dump weed and tree trunks filled dirt in the front yard and do nothing about it. Please get on this because it affects our property values. This may not be the exact address but close. A neighbor on E. Poplar Ct. has been piling up yard waste (branches) in the city easement just east on E. Rogers.

There has been an old pick up truck in the yard. 2-3 piles of dirt from the 3 gardens they have made. There has been an addition put on the house and it is not finished.
