I believe it is #447. It is the house to the north of 449 S Henderson Street. There has been trash sitting in the yard for approximately 2 weeks. The people drug the trash out last week but didn't put the appropriate stickers on the bags/cans. They drug the trash back up to the house and it is sitting in the yard creating a mess.

Spring cleaners at the corner of second street and walnut persistently does not take care of the VERY excessive growth of weeds on its property. This has gone on every summer since it opened the business at that location. Snow is not removed either in the winter. It looks like another summer of excessive neglect is happening. Please get this business to take care of this and certainly if the city has any responsibility for this property, get it under control
