The half that borders 607 S Eastside Drive has not been kept up. If he keeps doing this, the grass will be knee high by August.
Yard has not been mowed this season.
Leroy (812) 679-7403 rents at 120 W Pinewood Dr. and concerned about excessive growth near the corner causing safety hazard for kids in the neighborhood with the amount of traffic. He said that the owner refuses to mow and he does what he can to maintain the area. Called 1-2 days ago to file complaint but unable to provide property address. tlr
