Unsecured refrigerator on the sidewalk in front of residence
Property is so overgrown with invasive, noxious plants along alley that a tree is now leaning and is in contact with electric service wires. Also, utility pole on SE corner of lot has vines growing up near the transformer and just a few feet away from high voltage distribution lines. Property owner has let the entire property degrade so that what was once a good example of 1890s architecture is now a hovel/shack that is an embarrassment for the entire neighborhood.
Invasive Japanese knotweed growing on west side of house and south side of property along alley.
Japanese knotweed on property speading into neighbor's yard.
This has been reported previously, but somehow the girl they sent the last time (the one who relies on an "app") missed it. Japanese knotweed is growing on the south end of the lot behind the shack out back along the alley and is invading the adjacent property from the SW corner of the lot. Also, the attempt to remove the knotweed from the west side of the house has failed - it grew up immediately after being cut at the base. Of course, cutting knotweed only makes it spread. Assumption is that was clearly communicated to the property owner by HAND. Also, burdock is growing on the south half of the east side of the property.
Grass too high - can't see when pulling out of alley. Also roof falling in. Will sign complaint if necessary.
Trash at Laundryworks is bringing rodents, etc.
Laundry Works II - dumpster in back of building overflows and blows trash onto adjacent property. It appears tat the owner does not have dumpster emptied often enough.
