Manager of Terra Trace Apts. reports that a person named Jase Burkhart, 403 1/2 E. 15th St., bags his trash and puts it on the lawn, on the south side of Terra Trace on 15th St. She reported that this is happening every 2 or 3 days by the same person (Burkhart).
People across the street are using Terra Trace dumpsters.
Trash hasn't been picked up. Dumpsters have been overflowing since Thursday of last week.
Bob reports that residents have raked a large amount of leaves into the street after the leaf collection crews came through. Leaves are posing a safety hazard and will be pushed all over if it snows and we have to plow.
There are weeds (and grass) that are more than a foot tall in this yard (front & back). They need mowed. Caller is afraid that snakes are in the weeds.
Residents leave recycling out in the tree plot.
Parking enf reported that there is a lage pile of brush that has been piled in the tree plot. Street Dept took a look and reported that there is approx. 2 dump truck loads of brush and that they came for the property at the s/w corner of 8th & Linc.
MRS. Fernandez stated in her email that on the east side North Maple between 8th & 7th Street the sidewalk is covered with grass and its almost impassable. Please contact her after the inspection.
Vegetation is growing over the sidewalk on the Maple Street side of house. Sidewalk is impassible the entire length. You have to walk out in the street. Looks terrible and is a safety issue.
