Anonymous complainant reports an overflowing dumpster in front of her house by her driveway, which does not belong to her. She reported that a landlord who owns a lot of rentals on W. 12th St. and on Maple Street placed the dumpster in front of her house so that his tenants could use the dumpster. She does not know the landlord's name. She believes that this dumpster sits on her property, and she is concerned with the mess.
