A resident reported an overgrowth of weeds on Madison Street just north of 11th, over the bridge. Weeds are encroaching on the sidewalk which affects accessibility of the path. Duke has already been contacted and has taken care of their share of the weeds.
Sidewalk at southwest corner of Grant & 9th Street is obstructed by a bush growing into the walkway. Visibility is severely impaired for pedestrians walking northbound on Grant and attempting to check for cross traffic on 9th.
On Morningside Dr. behind 3rd St. there is a yard with very high grass. The caller said that it is a Jeff Jones property and that she has told him, he won't do anything about it. She didn't know the exact address but said it is behind the Best Western which is in the vicinity of 3500 E. 3rd.
Behind the Marsh, along Longview, grass in the field is very high. It must be behind the new Marsh on 3rd st.
Yard not mowed.

ON THE CORNER OF E. PARK LANE AND MORNINGSIDE DRIVE THERE IS GRASS THAT NEEDS TO BE MOWED. THE COMPLAINTANT CLAIMS THAT THIS IS THE CITIES PROPERTY. HE WANTS IT MOWED. HE NEEDS TO KNOW IF THIS IS HIS PROPERTY OR IF IT IS THE CITIES.
LAWN NEEDS MOWED. THIS IS A POSSIBLE UNREG. RENTAL. PARKING PROBLEMS.
