Alleges that address in question has had 6 bags of trash in yard for over a month. Bags are being torn up by weather & animals and trash is scattering.

This empty lot has tall grass growing and is completely unkempt. The lot has not been mowed for several months. The owners need to mow the lawn regularly (at least ever other week). The neglected lot is ugly and unacceptable.
The lawn has not been mowed at this lot in 2023. There are weeds at least a foot tall now on this lot. This is an eyesore. This property owner neglects the lot and does not mow the lawn regularly.
This empty lot is covered in grass and weeds. It has not been mowed or maintained since October 2020. The owner should mow and maintain the lawn and remove leaves from trees on the property regularly. The growth now is unkempt and unsightly.
Accross from 3501 E. Dunston the grass needs to be cut and the tress need to be trimmed. Acadia Court Apartments owns the lot.
Trash and litter all over the back yard at 3501 Windcrest including old furniture, washer, dryer, mowers, broken windows. Ms. Crewell noted that the inspector would need to go into her back yard in order to see the mess next door.
Weeds, yard not mowed. Over grown.
