Reported a couple days ago and the case has been closed. The grass is even higher and there's even MORE crap in the yard. It's been there all summer. How can the case be closed without anything happening?

Overgrown weeds at the alley next to 404 E. 10th St. Weeds are so overgrown that they are obstructing view for traffic to the east.
Grass is high (between 8 and 12 inches).
Between 8th & 9th Streets on Fairview weeds have taken over the sidewalk. Citizen states that she has to walk into the streets because the sidewalk is impassable.
Neighbor's dumpster placed against his building (White House Apts). Trash is scattered, smells bad. Dumpster agains his window. Has told Burnham (his landlord).
