complaint is about rubble left on property from new driveway. also concerned with dead tree on the corner and weeds that have reached 4 feet tall. did not give name or phone but said will call me on thrusday (7/24/97)

Applebee's Grill & Bar in the College Mall has a dumpster located between Applebee's and Sear which always has a foul smell. Ms. Davidson stated that when you walk approx. 20 feet from the dumpster, the smell is terrible. She also said that other Applebees (including Wisconsin) dumpsters do not smell like this, and the dumpster should be steamed after it is emptied.
Yard needs mowed; back yard is worse.
I noticed bamboo at this street address yesterday and while walking this after noon on the upper road of E Blue Ridge Dr it was very visible - I’m presuming it may be just the one parcel on N Dunn but, potentially more.
Weeds
Weeds extremely tall at access into Oakdale. No longer cut by county because city has annexed. City has not cut.
