Rusty brown van has not moved for two years (flat tires and expired plates). Yard is full of trash (front and back yard). Complainant thinks that Kevin Bordner owns this property.
Back yard is full of trash, old broken furniture, bags, etc. Complainant said that Ming Enterprises manages this property.
A wrecked car in front of the house has not been moved since October. It is facing the wrong way on the street.

Illegal dumping (3-4 bags of trash) in K & S Country Market dumpster. Name found on trash is: Jennifer Mary Theisen, 612 E. 1st St., telephone 323-2612. Three other girls names also found with the same address. Four female residents living at 612 E. 1st St.
