Overgrown weeds. House in bad condition. Citizen stated that this has been called in several times before - it is in the system.

Mrs. Ubran called to inform the City that she believes the address is 708 S. Smith Road but not sure because its a vacant lot. The lot has not been moved for several weeks and the grass if very tall.
