Excessive growth. Front yard weeds shoulder high. Open compost bin. I had a rat in my garage. Never even had a mouse in my house. I believe the rats are coming from their property.. Compost bin is close to the neighbors to the south of their property.

I live at 2545 E. Clay Court, near Jxn Crk MS. I would like to report 2510 E. Clay Court for an overgrown yard. The grass in the front yard is at least 18" tall, if not more. Thank you.
