City purchased property from her along Rockport Road for road improvements, along with a ROW option for three years (?). Area is overgrown, one bush is blocking visibility. Who should be taking care of this, and what is the deal on the road plans -- she runs a daycare and wants to put up a fence, but can't until the city tells her what they're going to do and where she can put the fence.

This neighbor's grass is about 1 foot high, and he never mowes his lawn. He also has two german shepards who play, ect. in the back yard. There is doggy doo all over the yard. It really smells and she would like these two things corrected.
