Bamboo overgrowth

I have complained 50 times in the last ten years about my neighbor overgrown yard especially the bamboo which I have to cut back every month or risk it taking over my yard , and in those ten years only one time has the city done anything . The owner was issued a warning in August I believe but she still hasn’t cut down the bamboo or the extreme overgrowth on our property line wich hangs over onto my roof. ADVSD THAT THE ALLEY ACROSS FROM FAIRVIEW SCHOOL ON JACKSON HAS BUSHES AND WEEDS GROWING HALFWAY INTO THE ALLEY. THEY SCRATCH VEHICLES AND HINDER PASSAGE AND VIEW.

They keep their trash receptacle out in the tree row & they just add to the pile. They don't sticker their trash. Their recycling is also always out.
