House at the corner of W 6th and Fairview has allowed decorative grasses to grow into sidewalk and into Fairview Street. Cars cannot see pedestrians as they pull through Fairview and peds have to walk into street to avoid getting hit in face by plants.

Caller says child nearly hit by car here this morning because of visibility issue. Overgrowth on west side of Fairview between Allen and Dixie. Overgrowth also covering a no parking sign. May be city's responsibility. 929-6249
There is trash piled up everywhere.
There is always garbage on the property and it is now attracting rats.
Trash and junk everywhere. Junk all over the yard. The garage is so full of trash that the doors won't close. Neighbors have been seeing rats coming from the garage.
