THE GRASS HAS ONLY BEEN MOWED ONCE THIS SUMMER - RATS HAVE BEEN SEEN COMING OUT OF THE GRASS. HE IS CONCERNED BECAUSE HIS 94 YR OLD MOTHER LIVES NEXT DOOR AND SCHOOL CHILDREN WALK PAST THIS PROPERTY.

The sidewalk on the east side of South High Street south of 2nd Street has weeds overgrown on it making it difficult for pedestrians to walk in the area.

On Davis between Grant and Dunn, the flowers/bushes are covering the Westbound Ln. making cars go over into the wrong lane to travel this street.

Between 2903 & 3003 Browncliff Ln. the bushes are growing into the street causing problems. A citizen called the office about this.

Mr. Tim called to state that vegetation over growth covering the sidewalk. He veered into the street and was brushed by a car. Also Mr. Tim stated that there appeared to be broken glass on the sidewalk causing a safety hazard.
