Pharmacist reports approximately 100 bags of trash behind the CVS/Save A-Lot store. Residents living in trailer at Lot #42 have been using the store's dumpster and stacking their trash behind the store. Pharmacist said that there are rats running everywhere, and now there are 4 dead rats due to the Decon they put out. I informed caller that the City could address the trash problem, but that the Monroe County Health Dept. could address the rat problem through their Vector Control ordinance.
