There is an abandoned truck with the truck bed full of trash located just to the west of Lot #17. Resident living in Lot #17 has found 2 rats inside his trailer.
Trailer burned approx. a year ago and still remains in the trailer park. Kids have been getting inside the trailer and rummaging through the junk. The other neighboring residents are putting their trash at this site. Caller stated that the trailer is owned by Phil Anderson.
90 ft. section on N. Willis Drive south of Westfield. Bushes are overgrown and causing a line-of-sight issue. We think the address is 1430 N. Willis. If you can't ticket this under title 6, please talk to Engineering about line-of-sight -- if appropriate.
Pharmacist reports approximately 100 bags of trash behind the CVS/Save A-Lot store. Residents living in trailer at Lot #42 have been using the store's dumpster and stacking their trash behind the store. Pharmacist said that there are rats running everywhere, and now there are 4 dead rats due to the Decon they put out. I informed caller that the City could address the trash problem, but that the Monroe County Health Dept. could address the rat problem through their Vector Control ordinance.
