Sanitation Employee noticed a large amount of trash placed in the City "green" trash barrels placed in the downtown area. It appears that residents, Bobby Hazan & Mark Sider in Apt. 11 are utilizing the city's green barrels for personal use.

Trash and debris are left everywhere
There is trash everywhere. The bags of trash are never put in trash bins and rodents seem to be everywhere.
The renters next door are parking in their yard and yesterday they backed out of her driveway and rutter her yard. They are also parking in the alley. They are leaving their trash piled in yard at the back of their house.
Tenants keep their recycling bins in the tree plot, recycling blowsinto complainant's yard. Also, untagged trash.
