This property at 726 E. University shares a parking lot with 700 S. Park (on the back side). They have some sort of private pickup there, but the kids never put it out for pickup, and as a result, there is all kinds of open garbage left piled up in the back and on the side. Rental property has bushes that needs trimmed. Rocks and mud fall onto the sidewalk from the yard. The lawn is only mowed once or twice a year. Trash and bottles in the yard. The mess continues to get worse.
