There is an aaley here ( behind 511 S. Madison) The caller thinks that the trash in the alley may be coming from the apartments ( or house) behind the buiding. The caller couldn't give me a specific address.

there have been several rats spotted in this area. yards are overgrown and the garage at 600 S. Lincoln is full of trash and junk. Please get the yards in the 600 block of S. Lincoln and S. Washington cleaned up then maybe the rats will have to move else where.

the houses on the north side of the 400 block of west 4th are looking run down and a mess. the yards look unkept, there is litter in the front and back yards and there is overgrowth on the sidewalk. the sidewalk south of Owens Electric is nothing more than a cow path.
