Lawn looks more like a forest. Please ask owner to make an attempt to maintain this small property.
Grass needs cutting
Grass needs cutting
"Lawn" needs cutting, and invasive plants growing up the side of the house. An annual problem with this property. (Parker rentals.)
"Lawn" needs cutting.
Tall grass - Parker rental
Property is regularly overgrown with invasive, noxious plants such as tree of heaven. Parker management openly admits that they do not regularly mow or shovel sidewalks for their properties, and will only do so if they receive a complaint. We hope that HAND chooses to issue fines rather than warnings for this company's rentals. They know better, but just choose to disregard responsibility and decency.
Grass is too long. Also, tree-of-heaven growing on property.
Many invasive plants (mimosa, tree-of-heaven, burdock, etc.) growing on the south and west side of this house. Property is habitually unkempt, but the general lax enforcement for Parker Rental properties has resulted in this location becoming truly a serious eyesore.
