The building directly north of the Herald-Times building has a lot of trash on the south side of the building. Also old mattresses, abandoned vehicle, an RV with possibly two people living in it. Staff from the Herald-Times have chased rats back onto this property (through the fence). Problem is getting progressivly worse.
Right behind the Save-A-Lot store on N. College; there is a trailor that was on fire. There is trash, furniture and other debris in the yard. It's attracting various rodents and possible safety problem. The situation has been like this for about 3 months.
Trash in basement, carpet stains, insects, no storm windows, poorly vent system. Overall poor condition of apartment. Mr. Mampilly can be available to meet with any inspector any time before 12:00 p.m.
Garbage is piling up on the side of this rental. It's been piled up now for at least a month.
In the 1400 block of Kinser Pike; behind Save-A-Lot grocery store there is a trailer park that has a lot of trash collected there.
Resident at 4501 Colony Court has a large dead tree in his yard, and when he mows his lawn he throws the large tree limbs/branches (which has fallen from this dead tree) into the street. Caller is afraid this will cause an accident.
THERE IS TALL HORSEWEED GROWING ALONG THE ALLEY WAY.
HIGH WEEDS NEED TO BE CUT DOWN, AS ITS A PROBLEM DUE TO WILD ANIMALS HANGING IN THEM. AS I SAW A GROUNDHOG COMING IN AND GOING IN THEM. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON ALL SUMMER.
THEIR FRONT AND SIDE YARD IS LIKE A JUNGLE OF WEEDS. NEEDS TO BE CUT DOWN AND MOWED. THEIR NAMES ARE STEVE AND TAMMY LEE, THE OWNERS.
