There is a dumpster in the Alley - the dumpster is empty, but there is trash in the alley & in the yard - It also smells - The caller complains almost every week her said.
IDS box chained to stop sign on the SW corner blocks traffic line of sight for east bound traffic. Also Village Pantry has large bushes blocking line of sight.
