The sidewalks are overgrown on the East side of N. Washington St. between 9th and 10th Streets.

Residents from 1119 N. Lincoln and 1121 N. Lincoln moved out Thursday or Friday and dumped a lot of trash, etc. in front of those properties and in front of Mr. Butcher's property.
There are old cars & boats in the front yard. Some cars are being taken apart.
There is trash that is set out on the S.E. corner of 10th & Fairview. There is no tags or special bags and it always disappears. There is loose limbs and leaves also..
8 unit building trash is always out at the curb. Huge pile right now.
Overgrowth on the sidewalk.
THERE IS TRASH IN THE TREE ROW AT THE CORNER OF UNIVERSITY & FESS. TRASH IS NOW OUT IN THE STREET.
The lawn has not been cut. There is tall weeds.
The lawn needs cut. There are weeds and shrubs growning onto the sidewalk, making it difficult to walk on the sidewalk.
Three or four vacant lots in the 1000 block of Countryside Lane have not been mowed and have high weeds.
