Caller to HAND reporting overgrown grass at two properties across the street from him and the next door neighbor. Said that they were never mowed last year so he did the mowing but no longer going to mow for them.
The property next to 120 W. Fairfield Drive looks terrible. The grass needs to be mowed.
There is trash and glass everywhere outside the Town and Country Apartment complex. The tenant in Apt. D44 is afraid that her dog will cut its foot
Sewer backing up in tub and toilet won't flush. Doors won't close. Area around dumpster flooded so tenants throw trash approx. 5 feet.
City tree plots on West side s. College have tall weeds from alley to 4th St.
Mr. Kinser and his roomate are fed up w/ trash that's scattered all over the property. Specifically, there's trash overflowing their dumpster and furniture in the dumpster area, trash piled outside back corner of house, and a blue thunderbird sitting in a parking space that's been there for 2 years taking up a space that could be used by other tenants. The mngr. over this property is David Carrico @ 337-2349 (w/ Cntr. for Behavioral Health). They've tried to talk w/ him but no results.
