Overgrowth protruding onto sidewalk
shrubs growing over the sidewalk and you have to walk in the grass to get around them
Backyard of 2515 E Clay Court is very overgrown, at least 10 inch growth. From what I can tell the front yard is not overgrown.
1209 W. 11th. Take a guess...property overgrowth. Trash. If someone can afford to have a house for nothing but storage, they can afford to mow the grass and get rid of trash.

Neighbors grass is at least 24 inches in some places... they never maintain the grass around their mailboxes
