LOOSE INSULATION IS BEING BLOWN AROUND IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD FROMA HOUSE THAT IS BEING BUILT. THE ANIMALS ARE EATING IT AND THE NEIGHBORS HAVE TO CLEAN IT UP. SW CORNER OF DANIEL AND OLCOTT.
