Overgrown weeds and trash all along N. Adams Street from W. 7th St. to the railroad tracks. Ms. Inskip states that the property is owned by the City of Bloomington (Section 31, plat 1 & 2)? She says that the bushes and weeds need to be bushhogged, which might help prevent some crimes in the neighborhood.

He was wondering if you notify the property owner or if you could have the group that works with people who have to do community service could clean the area.
