Ticket 176182. Going on a month for a reply and trying to figure out how to reply to your questions. Our house is on corner of Smith road and Stonegate Drive. The tree is too large for where it was planted on the City Easement. The roots are tearing up yard. Hello-I have already reported this neighbor a month ago and nothing has either been done or changed...He refuses to mow his lawn. This happens every summer. My house is ready to go on sale and I don't want his lawn looking like this to hinder my chances of selling my home. It is so frustrating dealing with this neighbor's lawn every summer.
