This house was foreclosed and is owned by a bank. Ever since they took ownership conditions have gotten worse. They don't have anyone taking care of the yard or trees. Its turned into a jungle.
Empty lot South of 2504 S. Madison has grass 3 feet tall. This is the second time I've had to report this already this year. Owners CONSTANTLY ignore their property and it looks abandoned 90% of the time.

Grass not cut. Trash thrown in yard and left there (paper, cardboard, broken furniture items) trash can overflowing in driveway (always). Their chickens running around in neighbors' yards.
