Dumpster overflowing behind 3452 John Hinkle Place. Trash not being picked up when it is suppose to be picked up.
Neighbor complained that residents at 934 W. Kirkwood are not putting tags on their trash; therefore the trash is piling up. She also reported that she thinks the rental is now 4 units, because she said that 4 people reside at that residence.
At least 10-15 bags of trash stacked up against house.
Remodelling (installing partitions) & abandoned refrigerator in front yard.
Someone using their dumpster for personal trash. Person dumping is Ted's Military Supply of 202 N. Walnut St. Complaintant left mesg at ph # for Ted's but wanted to notify us. Complaintant takes care of prop. at 400 E. 2nd & said this has been an on-going problem with other people using their dumpster.
Tenants here leave bags of garbage out all the time without tags.
Yard is filthy. Garbage bags in back yard & dog manure & straw stacked up in back of lot.
facing 9th St. trash pile up about 8-10 bags and boxes just all kinds of trash. This problem has been going on since the begining of the year but is out of control at this point.
12 bags of trash - no tags. This has been an on-going problem but this complaintant has not called before.
Tenant at 111 E. 6th St. #F - Elenore Skowronski puts her trash in Blimpie's trash area. Then, their private trash hauler throws it out at the door of 101 E. 6th . Complaintant has talked to her & written her letters but she continues to do this.
