Bushes over alley.
Bushes over alley.
Citizen says there is a large tree limb down to the west side of her property. She insists that this is a city easement and city should remove it - says the county always took care of it before. She's 82 on fixed income and can't take care of it. Wants someone to come look at it and determine if it is City's.
Bushes over sidewalk.
Shrubs overgrown onto sidewalk.
Dumpster overflowing, trash everywhere - behind 424 E. 4th st.
2 trailers at Olive & Thornton (no address provided). 1 trailer doesn't have underpinning. 5 cars & R.V. at this location also.
2 vehicles parked there for a year with no plates.
8 junk cars in yard. This is in the 2 mile fringe. Planning Dept. needs this verified in order to send a letter of violation.
Called a few weeks ago & someone was supposed to be checking this & getting back with her - she did not know who she spoke with. Problem is property at 1623 which adjoins hers, is full of junk cars up on blocks, other vehicles there, a camper and tall weeds. Said property is full of junk. She did not know owner's name. Complaintant would like a call back (leave msg on mach.) as to whether this is something CE can address or not. See attached map for location.
House east of her (1523) leaves trash stacked up between the two houses. Now approximately 20 - 30 bags there. Complaintant says it stinks.
