Excessive overgrowth of plants in mulch beds. There is no room to walk down the sidewalk making this a hazard for anyone handicap.this has been an ongoing issue and was supposed to be resolved the last time a report was issued.

This house was foreclosed and is owned by a bank. Ever since they took ownership conditions have gotten worse. They don't have anyone taking care of the yard or trees. Its turned into a jungle.
