Abandoned looking house. Eyesore. Peeling paint. Invasive vines climbing on structure. Mowed 1 time earlier this year. Seriously? Officer Eric Dunn from the Indiana State Police called in and stated that the sidewalk next to BRI'S property on the west side of the street just north of the RR tracks is very overgrown with vegetation.

Talbot's leaves their trash & boxes stacked up behind bldg. Wind blows trash into alley & all over the place. He has spoken w/mgr. of Talbot's but problem still exists. He would like Talbot's to get an enclosure of some type for their trash to prevent this from happening again & again.
