Poison ivy at sidewalk; 308 North Washington Street.

Abandoned home 825 w 8th St empty for about 4 years
Lawn that has not been mowed all season. It is such an eye sore -- no one is living there and it appears to have been abandoned. There are small trees growing out of the gutters and won't be long before it gets so heavy they fall off. Please help. Thank you!!
I forgot to list the address in my earlier submission -- it's 3540 S Hays Drive, Bloomington, IN 47403.
