The first alley east on Pine St. on West Kirkwood has lots of weeds, trees hanging over the alley which scrapes vehicles passing through, and a shed build on the City ROW. High grass at the corner of Davis/Rogers. Difficult to see when pulling off of Davis Street.
House at 1127 W. 11th St. needs to cut its grass. Over 8". Property is owned by David Melwid. The complaint was made by the man who resides at 1123 W. 11th St.
Resident of 1123 W. 11th St. says that grass at 1127 is reaching close to two feet in height.
Grass is at least 12" high the house is vacant and has the name Mr. John Melwid on the mailbox. There is also a vacant lot on the other side of 1123 W. 11th that has high grass as well.
