The property is unkempt and the lawn is severely overgrown, it looks as though there are multiple invasive species and possibly dangerous growth to the neighborhood and any passerby. Houses yard is excessively weed overgrown and unkempt. Weeds are causing issues bleeding into neighbors’ yards and spreading weeds to neighboring houses. It looks horrible and is a harbor for rats and other pests.
