SHE CALLED ON 3-28-97 TO COMPLAIN ABOUT BEING BILLED TWICE THE NUMBER OF GALLONS OF WATER MORE THAN SHE HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY BILLED SINCE SHE HAS LIVED AT THIS ADDRESS.
