My water bill seems abnormally high (2-3 times higher than any bill I've received the last few years). I saw the article in the Herald Times concerning residences on the south side who were billed incorrectly, which appears to be my case. I tried to log into my COB account so I could pay my utility bill that is due on Tuesday (11/26/2019) and when I entered my account information and pressed login it presented the dialogue in the picture that is attached to this message. I signed up for billing and paid all my past bills over the phone, but I was told that I would be sent a login number for the portal. I haven't received this login, and therefore have been unable to pay my utility.

Letter rec'd. and phone call rec'd. stating that Mr. Vencel would like to appear water and wastewater bills for August and September 2004. They do not feel there were any leaks and want to appeal.

Hi - I received a troubling bill from CBU back in January, and despite a few phone messages and emails to utilities.ar@bloomington.in.gov, I never received a response. In the mean-time, CBU apparently discovered an error in billing as my water usage went from an average of 4-5 in 2017 to 15 in January 2018, 8 in February 2018, and back to 4 in April - June. Alas, my most recent bill shows another spike to 7, despite no change in our home usage. Is there perhaps something going awry in our meter reading? I would appreciated an explanation for these sometimes wild fluctuations... Please have a look at my bill, CBU account 845-003 and provide some clarity. Response via email works best for me. 1301 S. Walnut St. The meter reading person reported that current usage was 10,000 gallons. There are no drips or running toilets at the property. City crews did do major work in front of the property recently - is it possible that the recent work impacted the sewer water?
